Americas, IB 9/15 and 16

Read Chapter 17, pp.396-415 and take your own personal notes on the chapter information. You watched a video presented by the Mexican-American boxing legend, Oscar de la Hoya that appeared to highlight only one perspective of the Mexican-American War (1846-1848). Consider your own opinion on this war after reading the assigned pages and be ready to present and defend. Research anti-war materials of the time period. You may choose from the following:
